My mother-in-law ordered a cookie bouquet to send as a gift to a friend and we were extremely disappointed by the quality. We expected the cookies to resemble the image advertised online but the cookies that were delivered looked nothing like what we believed we purchased. Delivery was also a day later than was advertised when ordering online.

HIGHLY recommend. 2 days before my son and his fiancé’s engagement party, I found out she really wanted beautiful theme shaped cookies. I had no idea and wanted to make this day special to the last detail. I googled and called “Cookies and Cupcake by design”. I spoke to Rosita and although it was last minute and she was busy she came thru for us and made these beautiful cookies and even color matched the exact burgundy and gold accent color as the wedding colors. They were beautiful, elegant and delicious. Not dry or overly sweet as some I’ve had from other bakers. She was wonderful to work with and I’ll definitely use her again. Do not hesitate to order your cookies or cupcakes here! 10 out of 10.

Worst cupcakes & buttercream frosting our family ever tasted as of June 2023!!! I purchased 9 cupcakes (3 vanilla, 1 red velvet, 1 pineapple, 1 creme brulee, 1 coconut, 1 banana bread, 1 lemon). 5 of them were $3.50 & 4 of them $4.50. Came out to $35.50 & with tax about $40 bucks worth of cupcakes. Every single cupcakes were hard as a rock. Every frosting tasted the same: too much food coloring with a waxed bug spray flavor. I never tasted bug spray but when you smell it, the taste of this buttercream was spot on to duplicate it. I kept hoping the next cupcake would be better than the last but it just got worst. This review is based on cupcakes only for its tasted, consistency, honesty, customer service & high-pricing. Their decoration was basic piping skills nothing fancy with sprinkles. I am so disappointed. I should of known I asked the older lady working when these cupcakes were made she said, "Early this week", then she quickly changed her answer to, "I mean 2 days ago & they have been in the refrigerator the whole time." Now we are paying for it because it made our stomach hurt. I should of changed my mind but I trusted her & the display case. Don't waste your money here

Twice now Rosita (the baker) has gotten me out of a jam accommodating last minute orders! She made some cocomelon cookies for our sons birthday party that were super cute, would have been even better if I had given her more time but they were a hit at our party nonetheless! She has stayed after hours and goes above and beyond to help her customers! I am a customer for life :) just wish she was closer to my home lol

My wife received cookies from Cookies By Design for her baby shower and she love them! Every time we pass by the shop she comments how much she loves these cookies! So when it was Mother’s Day, I had to find something special that I know she will enjoy. Of course I ordered from Cookies By Design and yes she love them all over again! We ordered the red velvet, chocolate chip and chocolate decadent.
